1.2. The Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data of the United Arab Emirates (the "PDPL") and other applicable UAE laws.

3. What Personal Data We Collect
3.1. Data you provide through the Website forms (test drive booking, callback request, price and availability request):
  • title (Mr / Mrs / Ms);
  • first name and last name;
  • phone number;
  • any additional information you choose to share when we contact you, such as the model, color or preferred time for a test drive.
3.2. Data collected automatically when you use the Website:
  • IP address, device and browser type, language settings;
  • pages visited, time spent on the Website, the source of the visit (including advertising campaign tags);
  • cookies and similar technologies.
3.3. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, such as data on health, religion, beliefs or biometrics. Please do not include such data in your requests.
4. Why We Process Personal Data
4.1. We process personal data for the following purposes:
  • to respond to your requests: arrange a test drive, call you back, provide the current price and availability of vehicles;
  • to contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about your request;
  • to prepare and perform a vehicle purchase, delivery, registration, warranty or service agreement;
  • to send you offers and news about vehicles and services, only if you have given consent to this;
  • to analyze and improve the Website, our advertising and the quality of our service;
  • to meet our obligations under UAE law.
5. Legal Grounds for Processing
5.1. We process personal data on the following grounds:
  • your consent, given when you submit a form on the Website;
  • the need to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, or to perform an agreement with you;
  • the need to comply with legal obligations that apply to the Company under UAE law.
5.2. You can withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 9. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
6. Sharing Personal Data
6.1. We do not sell personal data.
6.2. We may share personal data only to the extent necessary with:
  • service providers that help us operate: website hosting, CRM, telephony and messaging services, analytics and advertising platforms;
  • partners involved in delivery, registration, insurance, warranty and service of your vehicle, when this is needed to fulfill your request or agreement;

7. Cross-Border Transfer
7.1. Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates.

8.1. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
8.2. Data on requests that did not lead to a purchase is kept for up to 3 years from our last contact with you. Data related to a purchase agreement is kept for the period required by UAE law.
8.3. When the retention period ends, the data is deleted or anonymized.

9.1. Under the PDPL, you have the right to:
  • get information about the processing of your personal data and access it;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to processing, including for marketing purposes;
  • receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • file a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
9.2. To exercise your rights, email info@evexperts.ae with the subject "Personal Data Request". We will reply within the period set by applicable law. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
9.3. To unsubscribe from marketing messages, reply "STOP" to the message or email us at any time.
10. Cookies
10.1. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies for its operation, analytics and advertising.
10.2. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some Website features may then not work correctly.
